By accessing or using tur2tur.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
tur2tur provides an online tournament management platform where users can create tournaments, manage teams and players, generate brackets, track match scores, and share tournament information. The Service is available in Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, and English.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person may not maintain more than one account.
You retain ownership of content you create (tournament names, team data, etc.). By making tournaments public, you grant other users permission to view that data. You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Free tier allows up to 5 tournaments at no cost. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your tournament data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We do our best to keep the platform running, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
